With a regular practice, it will increase your strength, flexibility, and give you a sense of calm.

Postures, breathing and relaxation allow you to emerge feeling recharged and optimistic. No need to be extra flexible or super-fit to start enjoying yoga.
Under the guidance of an experienced teacher, yoga is good for your back, your overall muscle tone and your metabolism. It helps you detoxify, relieve stress, concentrate and sleep better.

Your time on the yoga mat will have an effect on the rest of your life, which is the idea behind the name “yoga in action”.

Together we can explore different types of yoga according to your specific needs: postures, breathing, meditation, or the … exhilarating… practice of Laughter Yoga.

I also built on my combined experience as linguist and yogini to create a really special bilingual kids’ yoga class, which is both fun and educational.

I teach in English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian!

Group classes take place in Paris, private sessions anywhere you like, and retreats in different places in Europe – I’ll update you on this very soon!
